Grilled Pork Belly

One of the all time favorites in any pinoy drinking session, whether after work, over the weekend, or even for health-conscious people who want the good stuff but with less guilt, the grilled pork belly will always be a go-to.

What you’ll need:

1 slab pork belly
1 1/2 cup Banana ketchup
1 cup Soy sauce
4 tbsp Black pepper
1/4 cup Sugar
1 bulb Crushed Garlic
1 cup water


  1. Slice the pork belly into half-inch thick strips, set aside
  2. Mix all other ingredients in one container
  3. Add the pork belly strips and make sure the sauce covers everything
  4. Set aside for 2 to 24 hours
  5. Grill each side over medium heat for 5-7 minutes
  6. Serve with white rice
